Maxfield’s Event Planning, Banquets and Groups

As a provider of excellent food & service for over forty years, we have grown as a destination for family celebrations, banquets, holiday gatherings, retirement and recognition parties, anniversary, birthday and graduation celebrations, rehearsal dinners and weddings, business meetings, class and family reunions, and more. We are certain that your gathering will be a relaxing and memorable one!

The following page is filled with options for your group of 20 or more to help you make your dinner a personal event. We offer a wide variety of selections to satisfy almost any taste and budget. We invite you to read through our literature and ask that you give us a call at (800) 550-5630 so we can answer your questions.

Most times we can offer private banquet rooms for parties of 20 or more. Our main-floor banquet rooms that can seat up to 60 and up to 100 individually or can be opened up together to seat up to 200. Our Fireside room is available during the day for parties up to 40. We have flexible set-ups available for business meetings. If you will be using visual aids, let us know in advance as it affects availability.

To receive group dinner pricing, parties need to have a minimum of 20 adults, be on one check, with everyone having the same meal or buffet.  All prices are subject to 6% sales tax and 15% service charge. A guaranteed number of people is requested for your party two days before the event. This number is very important – it is the number we will set up for and the number you WILL be billed for unless more guests arrive.

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to hold space and the price for parties of 20 to 59 people. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required for parties of 60 or more. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the dinner. For weddings or any party that requires the dance floor, a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required. This deposit will secure the space and it will be applied to the $200.00 room charge for the dance floor & additional set up required. All food and beverage must be supplied by Maxfield’s. If you have any special requests (a particular cake, etc), please ask us in advance and we will do our best to take care of your needs.
